The person behind this site

I spent my childhood in a town near the Bohai Sea in China and lived in Beijing for seven years before relocating to Hong Kong for my Ph.D. studies. Currently, I am based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, preparing for the next chapter of life as an engineer.

I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, an M.Eng. in Geodesy and Survey Engineering with a focus on Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering. After a long journey as a research student, I realized my desire to transition into industry, where I might gain deeper insights into engineering practices.
